1 starter, 1 main dish, 1 dessert (different every day). Example: 1.Europ Food: Houmos,Fish soup,picadilo of beef stew, Sauteed potatoes.

The Rit's is managed by women following NYEMO Cambodia's socio-economic reintegration programmes.
