The Rit's is managed by women following NYEMO Cambodia's socio-economic reintegration programmes.

The "Café-Restaurant", the shop and the sewing workshop are located in the same home. The place is nice, cool and quiet (individual house with garden). The "Café-Restaurant", the shop and the sewing workshop are open at the same time.
