Women entering a reintegration programme at NYEMO Cambodia are offered a series of vocational training possibilities. The kind of vocational training proposed is determined through local and international market analysis.

Skills gained during the training are used in income generating activities at NYEMO Cambodia and women participating in a vocational training at NYEMO Cambodia are, therefore, not simply beneficiaries of the services offered by NYEMO Cambodia, but also empowered and responsible programme collaborators. The benefit not only serves at generating revenues for financing the programme, but also offers the possibility for beneficiaries to gain an additional incentive.
